FOR A ZONING BY-LAW AMENDMENT

NOTICE OF COMPLETE APPLICATION

TAKE NOTICE that the Municipality of Magnetawan has received a complete application to amend Municipal Zoning By-law 2001-26. The application affects lands located on Part of Lot 22, Concession 9, 112B Bayview Road, Ahmic Lake, in the geographic Township of Croft, now in the Municipality of Magnetawan (see attached Key Map). The purpose of the application is to rezone a portion of the subject lands from “Shoreline Residential” (RS) Zone to “Shoreline Residential Exception Twenty-One” Zone (RS-21) to permit a Maximum Shoreline Width Increase that exceeds the Permitted Maximum Shoreline Width Increase in the Zoning By-law. NOTICE OF PASSING OF A ZONING BY-LAW

THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF MAGNETAWAN

BY-LAW no. 2015-10

 

TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Magnetawan passed By-law no. 2015-10 on the 25th day of March 2015, under Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O., 1990, c.P.13 as amended.

 

By-law 2015-10 amends Zoning By-law 2001-26 and applies to a portion of lands located in Part of Lots 27 and 28, Concession 4, RP PSR-593, REM Part 2, in the geographic Township of Chapman, now within the Municipality of Magnetawan as illustrated on the attached Key Map.
